Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for a last-minute business trip to DuPont. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing great comfort. The only thing I missed was a terry cloth bathroom robe for a day of pampering and for the night of the wedding with my husband.
I recently stayed at the hotel for a last-minute business trip for DuPont. The rooms were surprisingly spacious despite many kids being around. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond. The location was excellent, next to a movie theater and restaurants. The dining experience at River Rock Kitchen was beyond our imagination, and the facilities were impressive. Highly recommended!
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my husband, enjoying a day of pampering and our wedding night in a suite. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering nice views of the parking lot and New Jersey in the distance. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to make us feel special. While the location was convenient for exploring the town center and riverside path, it was a bit far from public transportation. The dining experience was slow, but the hotel facilities were top-notch.
Staying in the suite through my loyalty to the SPG/Marriott program for a day of pampering and for my wedding night with my husband was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, tidy, and had excellent bed and linens. However, the price could be seen as high for some.
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were up to date, clean, and spacious, with great business amenities, although my wife and I were bothered by some mechanical noises. The location, slightly outside the town center, provided a nice view of New Jersey in the distance and easy access to various restaurants and attractions. The service was professional and courteous, but unfortunately, there was an incident of a guest's iPhone being stolen, raising some concerns. The dining options were disappointing with cold and unexciting breakfast choices, but the hotel's efforts to revitalize itself were noticeable and commendable.
The hotel's rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with convenient multiple outlets for chargers, making them ideal for both a day of pampering and the night of the wedding. However, the presence of a noisy child who screamed and cried disrupted our sleep. The service, though lacking in quiet, almost made up for it with stone cold French toast and muffins provided on the house. The location, while trying to revitalize, has a ways to go but is perfect for both business travelers and tourists, situated in a riverfront area. The dining experience, which attempted to be fancy but ended up boring and bland, was compensated by complimentary items due to various issues. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
